Dale Blackburn passed away Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011.
He is survived by his wife Vicky Blackburn; two children Jayson Blackburn and
Jessica Shields; and five grandchildren.
A small private memorial service was held Monday, Jan. 24, 2011 at his
family’s home.
