The Ellis County Press
PALMER - _The Ellis County Press_ news editor bought the Palmer Post several
weeks ago for an undisclosed sum and a renewed focus.
"The only real changes will be more artwork and photos," said Joey G. Dauben,
whose Freedom of the Press Group is comprised of a "public face" and several
behind the scenes writers.
"We'll keep the jokes, the recipes, community news and expand out into Milford
with the Messenger and Rice with the Reader."
The Post was launched in 2007 and is published twice a month.
"It's a very popular paper," Dauben, 28, said.
