ELLIS and DALLAS COUNTY - Applications for a place on the May city council
election ballot may be filed at your local city hall location starting Feb.8 and
running through March 8.
Matina Davis Abney announced her candidacy for Mayor of Wilmer sending out a
press release stating the "jail house is inhuman to house anyone."
