Mayor Pro Tem John Wray congratulates former Assistant City Attorney Jim Chapman
for his many years serving the city of Waxahachie on Monday, Nov. 7 as well as
honoring Chapman with a clock plaque for serving on the Waxahachie Community
Development Corporation from 1997 - 2010.
