Pizza Hut coming to town

FERRIS - Council unanimously approved  to enter an 380 Economic Development
agreement with Pizza Hut Monday, Nov. 7.
The contracted agreement means the city has asked Pizza Hut to fill in the
drainage ditch on the proposed building site and in return, the city will refund
their sales tax they generate upon opening for business  until their costs on
filling in the draining ditch are covered. Pizza Hut will be located on the 
North West corner of I-45 and 8th Street in Ferris near Dairy Queen and Jack in
the Box.
