The Ellis County Press: More than Books... More than Books... ================================================================================ Editor on 09/29/2011 12:29:00 KATHY HARRINGTON When the Ferris Public Library moves into our new building we will be asking all patrons to show their library cards before items may be checked out and before computer use. We have not enforced this practice in the past so during the month of October the library will be offering free replacement cards to our patrons. To be eligible to receive a free replacement card your account must be clear of all past due fines and no overdue books and/or movies. After Oct. 31, 2011 replacement cards may be purchased for the usual $3 per card as per library policy.
