MIDLOTHIAN - Air Force Airman 1st Class Nicole M. Arteaga graduated from basic
military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in
military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical
fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
She is the daughter of Kathleen Macalik Rodriguez of Arlington and niece of
Jeanne Rivers of Midlothian.
Arteaga graduated in 2003 from Martin High School in Arlington and received an
associate degree in 2007 from Remington College in Fort Worth.
