Wilmer City Hall, Fire and Police Departments as well as the Senior Center are
starting to see improvements with nothing more than a fresh new coat of paint.
"The new matching colors just bring everything together and give the city a
better overall image," said City Secretary Alice Holloway. The money for the
improvements was taken out of the general improvement fund.
