COUNTY TO CELEBRATE RIBBON CUTTING
Public invited
WAXAHACHIE- County officials and employees will gather on Wednesday, June 2, at
1:30 p.m. to celebrate the opening of the new courts and administration building
and detention center expansion.
"This is a building that will serve our community as well as its 1895
counterpart has done," said County Judge Carol Bush.
"Its opening is a historic moment; and, we hope that our citizens will join us
for this short celebration."
Most county offices will be closed for the brief duration of the ceremonies,
which will take place in the plaza at the Jackson Street entrance to the courts
facility.
