What a difference a year makes

One Year Ago the new Ellis County courthouse was only a glimmer in the
developers eye with nothing more than groundwork construction to start. Today,
adding in windows and finishing final touches, the project is expected to be
completed in May and fully occupied by early summer. The most recent report from
the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee in January reported everything was going
as planned "on time and under budget."
