HOUSTON - The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals upheld Kent Sprouse's conviction
for the death of a Ferris Police officer Wednesday, Feb.3.
Sprouse, 37, was convicted in Ellis County for the murders of Ferris Police
officer Harry Steinfeldt and Pedro Moreno of Red Oak during an 02' shoot out at
a local Ferris gas station.
