Conviction upheld for Ferris Police Officers death

Houston - Kent Sprouse , 37, was convicted in Ellis County for the death of
Ferris Police Officer Harry Steinfeldt and Pedro Moreno,38, of Red Oak back in
October 2002 during a shoot out at local Ferris gas station.
Wednesday, Feb.3 the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals upheld this conviction.
