WAXAHACHIE - Two railroad crossings within the city of Waxahachie are scheduled
to be temporarily closed for repairs.  The crossings that will be closed are
located on Kaufman Street and Wyatt Street.  The closure for Kaufman Street is
scheduled for Wednesday, January 27,  from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  The closure
for Wyatt Street is scheduled for Thursday, January 28,  from 8:3 a.m. to 3:00
p.m.
A spokesperson from Union Pacific Railroad indicated that due to the nature of
the maintenance and repairs that will be taking place, full closure of these
rail crossings during these periods is necessary. For any questions regarding
