City issues warning

The City of Waxahachie is urging citizens and businesses to please make sure
their sprinkler systems do not go off during the freezing temperatures.
Occasionally the systems are on automatic timers and go off, creating unsafe icy
conditions for motorists and pedestrians. Making sure they are turned off is
also better for the systems, helping to ensure that they don't freeze up. Please
do your part in keeping our city safe during freezing temperatures.
