In politics, names mean things. For Gov. Rick Perry, memories do too. Perry
acknowledges the "death" in name only of his Trans-Texas Corridor plan, but in a
widely circulated YouTube video at an anti-eminent domain event, Perry didn't
rule out eminent domain being utilized for transportation projects. Perry faces
U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison and anti-toll road activist Debra Medina in the
March 2 GOP primary.
