Diane Day, the admitted former girlfriend of former Midlothian Mayor Pro-Tem
R.J. "Dusty" Fryer, confronts law enforcement personnel on her property near
Ovilla Nov. 25, after Fryer obtained a writ of re-entry to move out his
belongings. Fryer said of the break-up, "its life." Video footage of the event
