The second Ellis County Justice Center currently under construction in downtown
Waxahachie plans to house the County -Court - At-Law judges as well as County
Clerk Cindy Polley's office. The county is hoping this will be a convenient one
stop for all your justice needs. The first tax payer funded center had to be
torn down merely two weeks before some were set to move in due to excessive mold
growth making for deplorable working conditions.
