Saturday's rain did not stop DeSoto's celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and
Mexican Independence Day. Area residents enjoyed various entertainment including
salsa dancing, mariachi music, Mexican Folk dancing and several attendees took
home door prizes throughout the day.
