Biggars murder suspects arrested

The Ellis County Sheriff's Office has obtained warrants and effected arrests on
Larry W. Samples and Galen M. Boyd for Capital Murder regarding two March 1994
murder cases.
Since 1994 multiple agencies and personnel have worked with and assisted the
Sheriff's Office with the murder of Robbie Biggars and Kasey Roberts.
