The city of Hutchins celebrated the dedication of the Wintergreen Overpass Aug.
18. Area mayors, councilmembers, residents and employees attended the dedication
where Mayor Artis Johnson recognized everyone for their commitment in making the
dream a reality. The overpass will reconnect the area east of I-45 with the rest
of the city and serve as a gateway to the Dallas Logistics Hub.
