Red Oak Founders Day, Homecoming, and Alumni Night

Red Oak ISD, The City of Red Oak, and The Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce would
like to invite you to the annual
_: Red Oak - The Stars Shine Bright 2009 _Founder's Day/Homecoming weekend
celebration Sept. 18 and 19.
Events begin Friday, Sept. 18
at 7 p.m. with the Homecoming Ceremony at Goodloe Stadium. The Red Oak Alumni
will gather to watch the Hawks take on the Whitehouse Wildcats.
Saturday morning, Sept. 19
will introduce the first annual Hawk Hustle 5K Run, which will begin at the New
ROHS Athletic Complex. Registration begins promptly at 8 a.m. Start time is
8:30.
The Founder's Day/Homecoming Parade follows at 9:00 a.m. Afterward families can
enjoy a day of fun at the City Park where there is an array of choices for all
ages. Arts and crafts, bounce houses as well as a variety of foods to tempt any
appetite will add to making this another Red Oak Founder's Day success. Mark
your calendar for a great family weekend!
