21-year-old charged with public lewdness

ITALY - At approximately 12:06 a.m. on Sunday, July 5, Bradley Wood was caught
at Italy Independent School District's Ag barn practicing sexual intercourse.
Italy Police Department and the Ellis County Sheriff's Office showed up on
scene.
"From here, he was arrested but not charged with anything just yet," said Chief
C.W. Johns. Reports of baby oil and soiled underwear on the scene were
confirmed.
According to the ECSO, Wood, 21,was charged with public lewdness and possession
of marijuana under two oz with a bond set at $500 each.
Law § 21.07 PUBLIC LEWDNESS states; (_a) A person commits an offense if he
knowingly engages in any of the following acts in a public place or, if not in a
public place, he is reckless about whether another is present who will be
offended or alarmed by his:(1) act of sexual intercourse;(2) act of deviate
sexual intercourse;(3) act of sexual contact; or(4) act involving contact
between the person's mouth or genitals and the anus or genitals of an animal or
fowl.(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor._
"We are currently awaiting the information back from the owner of the pig, who
was taken to the vet to run some tests before we go any further,"said Johns. The
findings from Italy PD should be finished by the end of this week.
