Over 400 Acres to be Annexed

The City of Red Oak will hold public hearings on Monday, April 13 and Tuesday,
April 14 at 7 p.m. about the city annexing nearly 410 acres on the west side of
Interstate 35.
All of the properties except one have AG exemptions and would qualify for
non-annexation exemptions. The one that would not qualify is adjacent to the
Oaks Fellowship & is owned by Oak Hill Crossing LTD (managed by Ben Little).
