After County Judge Chad Adams excused himself so the commissioners could go into
executive session, Carol Bush was appointed as new county judge on a 3-1 vote.
Motion by Bill Dodson and second by Dennis Robinson with an interuption by Heath
Sims to ask for the appointment to be delayed.
Ron Brown approved the motion.
They will all meet again in April to discuss the appointment and offical
swearing in.
"Basically, we'll go ask her [Carol] if she really wants to be judge, " said
Sims.
"It will be a ratification."
