Mayor Resigns and then recants

Mayor Jim Parks Jr., officially resigned Tuesday night during the council
session. (See video link).
However, on Wednesday, he recanted his resignation and resumed his position as
mayor.
He told David Chavez, city manager, he didn't want to leave a job unfinished.
