Jack-in-the-Box coming to Ferris

FERRIS - Jack in the Box, a national fast-food chain headquartered out of San
Diego, Calif., may soon be coming to the City of Ferris.
The plans, detailed in city planning documents, would have the restaurant placed
at the corner of Interstate Highway 45 and 8th Street.
Ferris Planing and Zoning officials will be discussing the restaurant on
Thursday, Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. at city hall.
Shalonda Nelson, spokesperson for the city, said if approved they will be going
forth and presenting the plan at next week's city council meeting.
