Constitution Party of Ellis County started
About a dozen people packed a downtown Waxahachie eatery last week to formally
establish the Constitution Party of Ellis County.
Organizer Bill Horning of Palmer and state CP vice chairman Daniel New said
their hopes are to grow the party to 1,000 paid members with candidate filings
in many local races.
