County offers free dump days

County officials are encouraging residents to take advantage of upcoming free
dump days to dispose of trash and even tires at no charge.
County Commissioner Bill Dodson, Precinct 2, is offering this service to all
Ellis County residents on Saturday, July 26 from 8 a.m. to noon or until the
dumpsters are full.
The dump day will be held at Ellis County Precinct 2 Barn located at 1400 Oak
Grove Road in Ennis.
There is a limit of 10 tires.
"Unfortunately, we cannot accept Freon, car batteries, TV's, computers,
chemicals, or liquids," said Dodson.
