WAXAHACHIE - Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Bill Woody arraigned and released
Palmer resident Charles Clark on two felony stalking warrants last week, a move
one bail bondsman said "never happens…unless you're well connected."
Woody, before heading off on a vacation trip, told _The Ellis County Press_ he
would sit down and discuss the decision to release Clark, who has threatened
this news editor and other Palmer residents before.
