MIDLOTHIAN - Larry Keiser resigned his position as chief financial officer of
Ellis County's largest school district (based on student population) and Randy
Bullock resigned his position as athletic director, both to accept new jobs.
Bullock, whose wife serves as a principal in the MISD, served as athletic
director since 2006, according to an MISD e-newsletter.
"Bullock has accepted a position with FieldTurf Tarkett as the North Texas Sales
Director," said MISD public relations director Jana Hathorne. "He will work out
of Midlothian and will cover the DFW area. The administration is currently
interviewing applicants and will soon announce the new AD."
Keiser, whose wife is an assistant dean at Navarro College in Waxahachie, served
as the CFO for MISD for almost seven years. He will accept an assistant
superintendent position in the Eanes ISD near Austin.
"Dr. Edd Bigbee was recently hired as the new MISD Assistant Superintendent for
Finance and Operations and will begin his duties on July 7. Bigbee served as the
Azle ISD superintendent of schools."
