BNSF Railway Co. purchases 198 acres at Dallas Logistics Hub

Dallas, Texas — (May 12, 2008) — The Allen Group today announced the sale of
198 acres of land in the Dallas Logistics Hub (DLH) to BNSF Railway Company
(BNSF). In conjunction with the sale transaction the parties entered into an
option agreement giving BNSF the right to purchase an additional 164 acres.
The subject property is located in the cities of Lancaster and Dallas, and
provides more than 9,000 feet of rail frontage and represents a portion of the
2.5 miles of BNSF track frontage within the Dallas Logistics Hub.
