Red Oak voters go to the polls for a special election Saturday, May 10
to expand authorized projects for the City of Red Oak Industrial Development
Corporation to include land acquisition, construction, operation and maintenance
of park facilities. Proposition No. 1, if approved, will allow 4A sales tax
proceeds to be spent on land acquisition, construction, operation and
maintenance of parks. The proposition does not increase the local sales tax.
