TROUBLE ON I-45 - Emergency crews responded to a flipped Checrolet Astro van
Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 45 southbound near the Ferris exit.  Heavy rains
caused widespread flooding and several accidents. Red Cross workers and the City
of Lancaster opened the Lancaster Recreation Center, 1700 Veterans Memorial
Pkwy, for the residents living along Ten Mile Creek.
