Cause No. 67,308-CCL Suspect: Russell Gainus Described as a 'severe' sexual assault case, Russell Gainus was charged with indecency with a child after allegedly abusing three children for 'years.' Gainus had oral sex and intercourse with his two daughters; according to attorneys close to the case. An archival search at the district clerk's office, stated Gainus made his son watch the alleged crimes. Documents reveal Gainus, who received probation, passed around his daughters to others. Cause No. 68,267-CCL Suspects: John & Tanya Jones Charges were dropped by Grubbs' office because they said 'they could not win the case.' Court documents detail allegations that Tanya Jones, the mother, was involved in 'severe' sexual abuse of one of their daughters and John Jones, was also involved in the alleged sexual assault of their son.
