ELLIS COUNTY - In an effort to inform and educate readers, The Ellis County
Press will publish Republican and Democratic Party precinct chair information.
Precincts are the lowest elected office on the political totem pole, but perhaps
the most important.
Chairs are elected every two years in either the Republican or Democratic
primaries and run the primary elections in their precincts. There are 45 such
precincts in Ellis County, but not all are filled.
This week, the Republican precinct chairs are listed:
