Heavy rain closes roads across county

Torrential rain broke through the drought conditions in Ellis County last week
causing big problems for residents.
According to a press release from Diana Buckley of the Ellis County
Communications office, the county received over eight inches of rain over the
two days of storms.
Many roads throughout the county were closed due to the rain and Bee Creek
bridge in Italy was damaged and closed indefinitely.
