FERRIS - Vintage car enthusiasts and restored automobile lovers have a chance to
view several two-and four-wheeled ladies Saturday, Oct. 7 at the inaugural
vintage car and motorcycle show during the Ferris Pioneer Day celebrations.
The Ferris Future Farmers of America Booster Club were scheduled to host its
first annual show and shine presentation on Saturday, Oct. 7 during the Pioneer
Day celebrations in downtown Ferris.
Restored vintage cars, street rods, muscle cars and classic trucks were
scheduled to be on display.
Custom and chopper style motorcycles were also scheduled for display.
Plaques would be awarded for first through third places in the different classes
including street rod, custom/Kemp, street machine/pro street, muscle car -
restored, classic truck - pre 1973, truck - 1973 +, import, restored vintage,
motorcycle - custom, motorcycle - chopper and special interest.
People's choice and sponsor's choice trophies would also be awarded.
