WAXAHACHIE - Replicas of the Ellis County Courthouse can now be purchased from
the Ellis County Museum for $49.
Many have already been ordered and have come in late, but about 150 of the
intricately-designed and lighted models can still be bought. Mail orders are
$59, however. The mini courthouses stand seven inches tall and comes equipped
with lights and cord. The small windows of the red brick-painted model light up
when you plug in the cord.
