Ennis man indicted for aggravated kidnapping

WAXAHACHIE - An Ellis County grand jury recently returned an indictment of
aggravated kidnapping against Adam Gutierrez of Ennis.
Gutierrez, 24, on Oct. 1 allegedly grabbed a 61-year-old woman inside a
residence, throwing her to the floor and dragging her.
Reports said he produced a knife, choked the woman and poured bleach on her head
and face. She reportedly was able to escape following the alleged bleach-pouring
portion of the incident.
