RED OAK - A 72-year old woman filed a report Nov. 11 with the Ellis County
Sheriff's Office and alleged she received an obscene phone call from an unknown
caller at approximately 4:20 a.m. that morning. She alleged in the report the
unknown caller used vulgar and offensive language.
Deputies were able to use Caller ID to identify the phone number and the owner
of the phone. The complainant signed an affidavit of prosecution.
