ENNIS - Dennis Alan Roush, 49, Ennis, has been charged with aggravated assault
with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault against a public servant.
Police were told Roush had shot at his wife with the shotgun. When police
arrived at the scene Roush pointed the gun at an officer, who fired two shots at
him, hitting him once.
