Judge Barton dies of cancer

KELLER - District Judge Jon Barton, brother of U.S. Representative Joe Barton,
died Saturday at at his home. He was 43.
Services were Wednesday at Broadway Church in Fort Worth. Judge Barton died of
liver cancer on his son's eighth birthday.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; sons Jake and Jace; his mother, Nell
Barton; brothers Joe and J. Barton; and sister Jan Gerro.
