Waxahachie - Parents of a five-year-old female child filed charges June 2 with
the Ellis County Sheriff´s Office alleging aggravated sexual assault against
Kenneth Wayne Thorne, 23, of Waxahachie.
The parents alleged in the report the child told them Thorne put his hand under
her clothing and fondled her, causing pain, while traveling in a vehicle on I-35
in the vicinity of Waxahachie and Milford. The parents reportedly planned to
take the child to a physician for examination.
