ENNIS - Joaquin Castro Castelan, 27, of Ennis has been arrested a second time
for indecent exposure. He was charged with a Class B misdemeanor in April on an
incident that happened near St. John School. He was arrested June 7 resulting
from another incident inside the Ennis Wal-Mart.
A Wal-Mart loss prevention officer was following Castelan after he was observed
putting something into his pocket. Castelan was then observed engaging in lewd
behavior in the men's department.
Castelan's offence near the St. John school has been upgraded to indecency with
a child, a third degree felony.
Bonds of $25,000 for the Wal-Mart offence and $75,000 for the St. John offence
have been set.
