Candidate forums to be held this evening

ELLIS COUNTY - This month’s meeting of the Ellis County Tea Party will be held
Saturday, April 21 at the Waxahachie Civic Center from 6 – 8 p.m.
A forum of three races will be conducted:
1. U.S. Congress, Texas District 6, featuring challengers Joe Chow, Itamar
Gelbman, and Frank Kuchar will speak and debate for the position currently held
by 28-year veteran, Joe Barton, incumbent.
2. Texas State Representative, District 10, features challengers Linda Bounds
and T.J. Fabby speaking and debating. This seat is currently held by 20-year
veteran Jim Pitts, incumbent.
3. Ellis County Republican Chairman Dan Davis and challenger Maurice Osborne
debate.
“The public and all of a Tea Party leaning are welcome to come, participate,
learn more about the candidates, and enjoy delicious refreshments,” stated the
release from ECTP.
