ELLIS COUNTY - Joesph "Joey" Dauben, 31, is back home .At least in his home of
Ellis County.  Dauben,infamous blog publisher, spent roughly 4 hours at the
Wayne Mcollumn Detention Center in Waxahachie stemming from fraudulent use/
possession of identifying information charges on five accounts before being
bonded out Thursday, March 22.
Dauben, who bonded out of Navarro County Jail in Corsicana because of
allegations of sexual conduct with a child the same day, was immedately
transfered by deputies from the ECSO to Ellis County.
According to the ECSO, Dauben had a bond of $5,000 and the next step will be for
Dauben to make a plea before the 40th District Court Judge Bob Carroll in Ellis
County in relation to the fraudulent information charges.
According to a Navarro County court clerk, Dauben's next hearing on the alleged
sexual conduct with a 15-year-old boy will be Thursday, March 29.
