First Day of School Marks a New Beginning for Wilmer-Hutchins on Monday, Aug.
22.  The schools, now part of Dallas Independent School District, opened their
doors for the first time since being forced to shut down six years ago. Wilmer-
Hutchins Elementary School, pictured, saw 740 kids in the first day from grades
pre-k through 5.  The school is located at 7475 J.J. Lemmon Road and is still
accepting new student registration from 8 a.m. – noon everyday this week.
