6. Consideration and action as may be appropriate regarding Resolution No.
R-11-117 amending the Resolution No. R-11-112, Section 2 and Section 3,
designating the Election Judge and providing for clerical personnel; designating
the Election Judge and Election Clerks to serve as the Early Voting Ballot Board
for the May 14, 2011 General Election.   7
7. Consideration and action as may be appropriate regarding repealing Ordinance
No. O-06-641 and adopting Ordinance No. O-11-715 regarding adopting a tax
abatement policy.

9. Conduct Public Hearing to consider the recommendation of the Planning and
Zoning Board to the Ferris City Council concerning a Special Use permit to open
a church at 212 W. Sixth Street.

permit for Abundant Life Church.

purchase of Ipads for City Council agendas.
