PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Ch-apter 211 et. seq. and Wilmer
City Ordinance No. 88-1206, the City of Wilmer, Texas, Wilmer City Council will
conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 06, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. to consider an
application for request for a Variance on a building permit application to build
a porch. This property is located at the 422 College, Wilmer, Texas 75172. The
property is more particularly described as follows:
All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land, and being 10.202 acres of land
of which a part being in the Jeff Weatherford Survey, Abstract No. 1536 and a
part of the Elizabeth Crockett Survey, Abstract No. 223, in Dallas County Texas,
and being a part of a called 100.867 acres tract described in deed from H. C.
Ashley et al to Greg Hayes, Trustee dated November 29, 1978, and recorded in
Volume 76232, Page 1440 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, said 10.202
acres are more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/8 iron rod set in the East line of College Street said iron rod
being South 1 degree 30 minutes East 100 feet from the Northwest corner of said
Holland Tract;
THENCE North 59 degrees 30 minutes East 208.71 feet to a 3/8 iron rod set in the
East line of said Holland tract;
THENCE South 60 degrees West 208.71 feet to a 3/8 iron rod set in the East line
of College Street;
THENCE North 1 degree 50 minutes West with the East line of College Street 108
feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 19.903 square feet or 0.456 acres
of land
