NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATING TO HUTCHINS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Hutchins Economic
Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing during a meeting scheduled
to begin at 6:30 P.M. on January 14, 2010 in the Hutchins Economic Development
Building, 103 Palestine Street,Hutchins, Texas, on projects to be undertaken by
the Corporation for public improvement purposes, to wit: improvements to
Wintergreen Road.
